Updated page-manager for using only 1 instance of a page through links :

- remove [user+machine]
`refresh()` method of pageManager
refactor: only 1 api call for current user/machine (to fill edit/remove)

Fixed page-manager, now uses pageManager.refresh() to link pages (edit/remove/..) + trouble with 'remove' (first time only ok) + added post variables to pageManager.refresh() too
